Orders are dispatched within 10 business days of order placement.

Delivery times

Estimated transit times once an order has been dispatched:

• United Kingdom — Express: 1–2 business days
• United Kingdom — Standard: 3–4 business days
• European Union: 3–4 business days
• Rest of World: 5–7 business days

Delivery times depend on your location and on the time of day the order is placed. They are estimates and not guarantees.

Fulfilment

Orders are dispatched through our order fulfilment partner, Shipbob. Shipbob will determine the best courier to use for any specific order depending on its size, weight and destination.

Out of stock or delays

If, for any reason, we are out of stock or otherwise unable to dispatch the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted via the email address you provided at the time of placing your order to arrange either a refund or a back order.

Shipping costs and duties

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination and selected service. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged in transit
