HINDSIGHT makes a lens that does something no other lens does: it lets the wearer see forward and rearward at the same time. We are selecting cycling and e-mobility brands to launch product carrying that lens — built by our eyewear partners, styled with our fashion partners, distributed under your brand.

What HINDSIGHT is
A lens that gives you the road ahead and the road behind, at the same time.
A HINDSIGHT lens is semi-transparent and mirrored. Looked through from the front, it works as a premium optical lens — clear, light-managing, optically true. Looked at from behind the wearer's eye, it works as a mirror. The wearer sees forward through the lens, and rearward in it.
No cameras. No batteries. No electronics. The function is built into the optics of the lens itself, in a proportion derived from the golden ratio: roughly three-quarters of the lens for forward vision, one quarter for the rear-view.
It is a lens that does a job lenses have never done before. We call that job cognizance.

How the partnership works
Four parties. One product.
HINDSIGHT does not licence a logo. We supply the lens and oversee the build from the optical layer through to the finished product. The partnership combines four parties — each doing the work they are best at.

Supplies the lens. Oversees installation at every stage. Inspects the build and verifies the optical performance before the certification mark is applied.
02 · The frame
Eyewear partner
Builds the frames that carry the HINDSIGHT lens. Manufacturing partners with the tolerances and the craft to honour the optical surface.
03 · The design
Fashion partner
Shapes the design language. Brings credibility outside the technical category. Already inside the HINDSIGHT family.
04 · The audience
Activity brand — you
Carries the finished product into your existing customer base. The launch is co-branded. The certification mark sits on the product.

Cohort 1 is the first launch wave of activity-brand partners. The eyewear and fashion partners are already inside the family. The HINDSIGHT lens is in production. What we are selecting now is the four activity brands who will launch on it.

It is the mark applied to product HINDSIGHT has verified. HINDSIGHT oversees installation, inspects the build, and confirms the lens performs to the engineering standard. The mark is applied only when we are satisfied.
What is HINDSIGHT's IP position?
Patent-protected. The optical principle and lens architecture are protected through filings held by HS Vision Ltd.
