What to include

• Order issue: order number (the seven-digit string in your confirmation email), the product affected, and a short description of the problem.
• Lens swap or fit: the frame you own (Artemis or Morpheus) and a one-line description of the question.
• Returns: read the returns policy first. If your order is within the 14-day window, email us with the order number and we will issue a return authorisation.
• Press: tell us the outlet, the deadline, and the angle. We can usually turn around founder quotes within 24 hours.
• Partnership: tell us the brand and category. The HINDSIGHT certification is engineered into partner products at the design stage. See HINDSIGHT certified.
