01 — What it is

The frame.

Artemis is one of two HINDSIGHT direct-line frames. It carries the HINDSIGHT certified semi-transparent mirrored lens — divided at a proportion derived from the golden ratio. Forward vision occupies 72.36 percent of the lens. The rear-view mirrored zone occupies the remaining 27.64 percent. The geometry holds at every angle of head movement.

This is not a sports sunglass with a feature. It is a frame in the Cognizance category — a new category of lens, certified for Complete Perception.

02 — Who Artemis is for

Urban cyclists who prefer the Artemis silhouette.

Lens performance is identical across HINDSIGHT direct-line frames. The choice between Artemis and Morpheus is silhouette and fit — face shape, frame preference, and how prominent the wearer wants the rear-view zone in their peripheral field.

One frame. The certified lens. The full picture, always.

  • Road riders moving with traffic.
  • Commuters crossing city streets through peak hours.
  • Riders who want forward clarity without losing the rearward picture.
  • Anyone who checks over the shoulder more than they would like to.

First wave · heritage

Artemis wears the original HINDSIGHT wordmark.

Artemis is one of the first two HINDSIGHT direct-line frames. The HINDSIGHT wordmark sits on the temple — a record of its role as one of the category's opening acts.

Future certified partner products will carry the certification button mark, not the wordmark. Artemis is the origin.

Answers

Artemis, explained.

How is Artemis different from Morpheus?

Both are HINDSIGHT direct-line frames that ship with the same certified semi-transparent mirrored lens. The difference is silhouette and fit. Pick the shape that suits the wearer.

Who is Artemis designed for?

Urban cyclists who prefer the Artemis silhouette. Lens performance is identical across HINDSIGHT direct-line frames.

Will Artemis affect my forward vision?

No. The lens is engineered so the rear-view zone does not interfere with the forward field. Forward vision continues through the mirrored zone; the rear-view resolves on focus shift.

Are the lenses polarised?

HINDSIGHT does not currently offer polarised lenses. We are actively exploring polarisation, but it is not publicly available yet.

Can I get Artemis in prescription?

HINDSIGHT does not currently offer prescription lenses. We are working on it, but prescription is not publicly available yet.
