Currently, HindSight glasses do not come in prescription due to the complexity of our advanced lens technology.

However, many test users found the benefits of our technology so significant that they plan to switch to contact lenses for an even better experience.

Our glasses are currently only available in one size.

Most hairstyles work seamlessly with HindSight glasses. If your hair is less than 1/2 inch away from your ears, you're good to go. For thicker hair, using a helmet or straps to flatten it will ensure the perfect fit.

No, the mirrors in HindSight glasses are mostly transparent. They sit in your peripheral vision and allow you to decide when to focus on what's behind without obstructing your view of the road ahead.

Yes, every HindSight model includes rear-view mirror technology on both sides, designed for cyclists.

While HindSight glasses perform well in most lighting conditions, dawn, dusk, or direct sunlight behind you may slightly reduce their effectiveness. However, by adjusting your head slightly, you can still avoid light interference and maintain a clear rear view.

Yes! Our Category 3 lenses provide nearly 100% UV protection with UV 400 coverage, blocking both UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometers.

Not yet, but we are actively exploring polarized lenses. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to improve our offerings.

HindSight glasses are designed to be standalone and won’t fit over regular glasses. Though we don’t offer prescription lenses yet, many of our test users have transitioned to contact lenses to enjoy the full benefits of our technology.

Hold the frame and gently press the lens until it pops out.

Store the removed lens in the provided pouch.

Insert the new lens, aligning the raised bumps with the grooves in the frame.

Ensure the mirror bend lines are parallel; adjust by rotating the lens if necessary.

Wiggle the nose bridge gently to confirm the lens bumps are properly seated.

Test – if the mirror looks blurry, realign the bumps into the correct groove.

Shipping

Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the delivery if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will issue a refund after our warehouse receives your return. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the product, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

Customs, duties, and taxes HindSight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). PLEASE NOTE due to the uncertainty around the UK and Brexit, we are unable to offer specific advice. But be aware, your order may attract duty and taxes on arrival. This does not constitute a reason to refuse delivery of your order or its return.

HindSight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
