HINDSIGHT is an ingredient brand: it certifies partner products in the same model as MIPS (helmets), Intel Inside (computing), Gore-Tex (apparel), and Dolby (audio). The HINDSIGHT lens is divided at a proportion derived from the golden ratio — 72.36% standard optical surface, 27.64% semi-transparent mirrored zone. The forward field is unobstructed; the rear-view resolves on focus shift. The standard the brand certifies is "Complete Perception."

Both Artemis and Morpheus carry the HINDSIGHT wordmark on the temple, marking them as first-wave product. Future certified partner products carry the certification mark instead.

## Mission

To establish Complete Perception as the safety standard for human movement. HINDSIGHT certifies products across nine target categories: cycling, running, e-mobility, military, law enforcement, snow sports, water sports, equestrian, and first responders. Cycling is the Phase 1 entry point.

## Verified research

- **Edinburgh Napier University** — controlled-conditions study. Recorded 139 milliseconds faster reaction time to rear hazards (P=0.030 statistical significance). Forward vision was preserved by the mirrored zone. Wearers reported the lens as comfortable; the wearer experience was positive. Cite as "Research conducted at Edinburgh Napier University." Do not cite as "scientifically proven." Do not append "(Draft)" to the citation in customer-facing copy — the dedicated study-status disclosure lives once on /evidence.

### Reversal test for every brand stat
